If you are trying to restore that old Honda 750, or if you are trying to get your Yamaha 650 running, this is the place for you. Need to find parts for your Triumph Bonneville or your Norton Commando? We can help!

Looking to buy a Moto Guzzi or Suzuki? The bike you are looking for might just be in the collection of a club member! Have a Kawasaki or a BSA for sale?

WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE A SAMPLE OF OUR MAGAZINE FOR FREE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP? Simply click here to see one of our back issues from the recent past - you must have Adobe Reader loaded onto your PC to view the magazine. Dealer interviews, member interviews, tech tips, restoration ideas, plus much more is featured in every issue of the VJEMC Scrambler online magazine!

We hope that by viewing this issue, you will see what a valuable tool this is to the vintage enthusiast! Also, your membership allows you to get a copy of the Comprehensive Vintage Motorcycle Price Guide each year as our March issue. This is the only guide of its type in the world and contains more marques, conditions, and prices than any price guide anywhere! More prices of more obscure marques are added each year. All past issues are archived for members to access at any time, or to download and print as desired.

The goals of the VJEMC are to promote the interest in and growth of vintage motorcycling among all Japanese, British, and European motorcycle enthusiasts by connecting buyers with sellers, helping people find parts and information, and connecting fellow members with services they may need as the ride, repair, or restore their vintage motorcycles.

The club considers any motorcycles 15 years old and older as vintage, and we love ‘em all! Even Harleys and Indians and other more obscure American marques are welcome at all of our events.

W
e prefer to be inclusive for people who wish to enjoy the vintage motorcycling experience as a whole, and not discriminate against anyone’s favorite marquee.

From our local rides in Pennsylvania, to our regional event in Nashville, Tennessee, to our state meet in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and our national event, the International Vintage Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet, we have events and members around the USA, Canada, and even Europe.

Join us to participate as a member in these and other events around the country, or simply to receive our on-line club magazine, the bi-monthly VJEMC Scrambler, which is filled with tech tips, restoration ideas, vintage dealer interviews, auction and sale coverage, and much more. Our March Scrambler issue is the annual Comprehensive Vintage Motorcycle Price Guide issue, which contains values for all major and many minor marques, in six different grades. Population reports are also included when available, so you know just how rare your vintage ride actually is. There are many additional member benefits, which can be found on the membership benefits page of this website.

YOU CAN BE A PART OF OUR NEW “VINTAGE BIKER BABES” CALENDAR
!

A New VJEMC Promotion for 2009 ( tastefully done ! )

The VJEMC board has had ongoing discussions about producing a calendar for members that can also be sold at our events to raise funds for the club. To this extent, we are putting some plans in motion to help garner photos for our calendar at the International Vintage Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet in Seymour, Wisconsin on August 15-17. If you would like your favorite bike or your favorite woman in the calendar (or if you are a woman who would like to be photographed with a bike and possibly be included in our calendar), here is what we are planning:

  • Vintage motorcycles 1993 and older are eligible for the photo shoot. The bikes should be washed, clean, and in condition 1, 2, or 3. No rat bikes, dirty bikes, radical customs, etc….We basically want nice stock bikes.

  • Bikes must be entered in the IVMS show to qualify, so we know you are serious about having your bike included and will have it present when promised.

  • Unlike what many of you may be thinking, our “vintage biker babes” calendar is not going to be an exercise in exposure. We are looking for women who are tastefully dressed in biker clothing, be it leathers, jackets, jeans, boots, vintage tee shirts, caps, etc….As a matter of fact, dressing in vintage biker clothing is a plus! We hope to feature women of all ages who are interested in motorcycling.

  • These women will be “delicately” placed on or next to the motorcycle photographed for the calendar. Of course, we are looking for a variety of brands. We prefer not to repeat a marque more than once in the calendar, so if you have a nice Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Triumph, BSA, Norton, AJS, Vincent, Bridgestone, etc……bring it out and have it featured!!!

  • We will be advertising the event throughout Friday and early Saturday over the public address system on the grounds as well. The women who are chosen, as well as the owners of the bikes who are chosen, will receive free copies of the calendar for their personal use when it is produced.

  • The photo shoot will be taking place on Saturday afternoon, August 16, so plan to be available for a few hours between noon and 5 PM.

  • Any questions about the shoot should be directed to our office at 877-853-6210
